Broadcast Radio for a Separates System
The Sony ST-SE370 adds conventional broadcast radio to a hi-fi system through a simple stereo analogue connection. Its digital tuning and preset memories make regularly used stations easy to recall, while RDS can show station information when the broadcaster provides it.
- FM, MW and LW reception: a choice of analogue radio bands, subject to services available in your area.
- 30 station presets: store your preferred stations for convenient recall.
- RDS facilities: support for station naming, programme type, radio text and clock information where transmitted.
- Auto tuning and Auto-betical Select: options for finding and organising stations.
- Front-panel tuning dial and preset keys: straightforward station selection without needing a screen-based interface.
- Stereo RCA output: connects to a Tuner, Aux or other line input on an amplifier.
Reception and Connections
The rear panel provides a 75-ohm coaxial FM aerial connection and AM aerial terminals. Reception depends on the aerial, its position and local signal conditions. This tuner supplies a line-level audio signal and needs a separate amplifier and speakers for listening.
