Sadly I don’t look at anything car based.

Other than the oldest 12v standalone radio cassettes, there really is nothing I can do without the correct harnesses, connectors and other gear that would be in the car, like displays. It is all too specialised and I have no experience on these.

Folks ask  “Where can I try?”   Head unit repairs in Garstang seems to be the nearest to us here in the NW.  I have no knowledge of them so don’t endorse…but …If you know them or anyone else that does car audio, then please do let me know
