We are happy to ship to Europe. But big heavy/fragile boxes are not always a good idea
And may need a wood crate and special freight forwarding.
We do not offer a warranty on used items being shipped outside the UK. If you don’t accept this- DON’T BUY it
If there is carrier damage that can be claimed for…OK… but We will not refund an item that develops a fault- we try our best to make sure everything is ok before sending- but cannot guarantee all items..as many are now 50 years old! We are an honest Hifi shop and would expect fair reasoning from buyers.
Should an item develop a fault- I would always be happy to discuss the problem with a customer and you can find a local repair shop to help. But if you want perfection… buy a NEW one, not a 30-40 year old one!
Please note:
- UK USED Hi-Fi has NO VAT, so there is no possibility to remove UK VAT from the prices… for overseas customers.
To test the delivery cost:- Put an item into your cart and once your address/ country is set, it will show you the costs and couriers available.
There may always be some cheaper option you know of, so please ask us and we can work with another courier of your choice
We are happy to ship to the US/Canada- but big boxes are really awkward to arrange. Consider finding a freight forwarding company to collect from us.
Please note … UK equipment is 230v/240v . These need a step up transformer to work in the US
Some items have a multi-voltage facility or are switchable to the US 110v… check first or ask us.
We cannot control the careful shipping via couriers.. and some items e.g Large speakers etc take too much packing if original boxes are not available.
